Man, hard to believe how low the standards have become. Speaks volumes.Everything wrong with our company all in one picture.
Serious surprised he doesn’t have 10 piercings…looks like a Prince Albert kind of guyFreaks are in
We have drivers that could almost be band members of ZZ Top…pretty much look like a rogue offshoot of fedex ground.Man, hard to believe how low the standards have become. Speaks volumes.
Ask always looked a little pompous from pictures I saw him in…definitely no oz Nelson, not that I know any of these people personally. My Center went there before I retired, it got where I was embarrassed by what happened to apperance standards. Half the drivers and management looked like they had just stolled in from a homeless camp. I never met Carol, although I have a friend that works around her some. I saw Abney and Askew, Abney is a tall man. One time during a PCM, I noticed a lot of strange suits hanging around a center manager's office. It turned out Askew visited us and he totally ignored drivers and our PCM.
Signs of the times.Man, hard to believe how low the standards have become. Speaks volumes.

One dresses and looks how one feels about the occasion. If you don't respect the occasion, your dress and looks will reflect that.
Hell, if you don't respect yourself, how are you going to respect the occasion .
And management looks just as bad. I would have little respect for Sups and managers dressed like that. Both hourly and management need to look the part. That part of the reason we are so soft and messy as a company. Starts when you get out of bed.Signs of the times.

FixedGreat opportunity as the company is allowing former Teamsters to trade their stock for a route complete with used-high step stick shift, barn doors, and wooden shelves package car with a turning radius of half the United States! Be your own boss!
Get ready.I’m just waiting for the what ever you self-identify as bathrooms to be implemented!
Speaks volumes of how hard it is to find bodies to do the work.Man, hard to believe how low the standards have become. Speaks volumes.

Used to be 20-30% of applicants would be hired?
Today almost 100% are hired?
West Virginia has been looking bleak as far back as JFK years for example. Wasn't it a Globalist in Geneva meeting said something like "You will own nothing and be happy about it" when he talked about "global warming".Labor force is decreasing. 74 million plus babies murdered, institutionalizing of welfare states going back to LBJ days-war on poverty creating a nation of dependency on federal government leading to no work ethic or bare minimum with governmental assistance. Governments at what ever level should have laws that protect and reward families. Seventy- five percent of the counties in this country this past year reported more deaths than births.
Even raising wages isn’t going to stop the trend if you don’t have a future labor force to meet the demand. Therefore technologies will increase and replace I guess this issue because we don’t have any economic theories dealing with this type of problem! Denmark has a slogan, do it for Denmark. I guess we should have our own do it for the USA!
After awhile. People would figure out it is better and cheaper to go to the store, if they were to start shipping everything to an access point. In addition to that, there are a ton of Access Points. They don't necessarily need to deliver house-to-house. Non important shippers could be spread out to the AP for customers to pick up. Depending on the town, they could literally deliver an entire route to 4-5 AP and be done with it. That should give the company 3-5 days of a strike before the APs start rejecting packages because the customers are not coming quick enough to pick them up and they run out of room. Obviously this won't work for areas with not much APs.
Americans are getting lazier by the days. Next it would be laundry services for picking up and drop off. Where are Americans finding all kind of money to pay for services that they don't want to do themselves? The public will discover a strange place they can walk into and get all their dog food, toilet paper, etc.
They go to the front and pay and don't have to sit at home waiting for it to be delivered!
Hmm.... Maybe we could call it a grocery store?

Cheer up.Labor force is decreasing.
3 outta 10.How do you think these retail shops get their products to sell? Nearly all of it is delivered on a truck and a large percentage is from a UPS Truck
Cheer up.
50,000 illegals a week have been coming in for 3 years. They'll do your job.
I see them working everywhere and working hard and glad to do it. Kinda reminds me have the Americans of yesteryear.
