I've watched 2 part time sups get into a full blown fist fight with each other on the belt witnessed by 1 full time sup and nothing done despite the unions efforts to push for discipline on all 3 supervisors.

Leaving TOFC rollers next to pedestrian doors along with pkgs on floor near doors and never picking up those dam plastic straps on the ground , not enforcing the use of load bars or straps wich for the most part are in all the new trailers , making sure tires are loaded flat, iron bars arnt standing up right in the loads and. Not letting these stupid college kids put 50 lb packages stacked on top of nylon small bags !!!
They are the bottom line , the supe should be responsible for these things , the Buck stops here with them !
