Bc they probably don’t think a lot of people will vote. This way you are in their face and most will use the convenience of it to vote. At least that’s what I think

I am a little late to the party.... but this is the same way i felt about it. A direct face to face will get more participation. I totally agree with others though that there wasn't much time given though to take care of it.

Why are we doing an in person strike vote? Especially with such short notice. This seems very uncoordinated to me.

I thought the goal was to get more participation this time.

I don't know. Maybe I'm just not seeing the big picture here.

I thought it was a good idea at first when I thought they would be offering voting at all centers/hubs. Now that it appears it’ll mostly be at union halls it looks like a disaster.

My BA still has no idea about it.

Plus we have lots of people on vacation next week
