Feeder drivers love'em.You want the four tens?
Why?He does
Not sure why there either. Giving up OT is just dumb.Feeder drivers love'em.
Most of them I know love 60 hours or at least as close as possible to it, except for mileage runs, possibly.Feeder drivers love'em.
Yeah they like those too. But I can tell you that 4-10s always went to senior drivers in my old group. Most of them I know love 60 hours or at least as close as possible to it
Because he's feeder.Why?
We have feeders beating each other up to get 60. Filing grievance for extra work.Because he's feeder.
Ahhh. Forgot where they came from and doesn’t care about anyone else.Because he's feeder.
Nobody should be expected to sacrifice every Saturday and Sunday for a job unless they choose to enter that job and work schedule. What about the overtime everybody crying about
Still gonna be decent check and have the sure three days a week off might be worth it especially for senior guys just trying to get those last years in. I see pros and cons. Not sure why there either. Giving up OT is just dumb.
Different strokes. I never took a 4-10 or a Sun-Thur run but there was never any shortage of drivers who wanted to work those schedules. It's not for everyone but it's nice to have that option if it suits you.Not sure why there either. Giving up OT is just dumb.
It's not overtime if the regular shift is 12 hours. What about the overtime everybody crying about
No choice if the company makes it a 3 day work week. You know there will be OT opportunity as the company needs shifts covered. Not sure why there either. Giving up OT is just dumb.
A 4-10 doesn't pay OT until after ten hoursIt's not overtime if the regular shift is 12 hours.

I could see some kind of rotation being introduced.
Ex: High seniority being Mon-Thursday with rotating fri-sat/sun? Low seniority being Tu-Fr with rotating Sat-Sun?
High seniority would still be mostly mon-fri with the least weekend work, low would get the most weekend work
I could see some kind of rotation being introduced.
Why do people think this is on the table?Never gonna happen.
