Please provide the language for 4 10 hour days. In package car I know of nothing you’re talking about, maybe a noncontractual side agreement far as I’m aware.

Lol the schedules that change would be Sunday through Thursday. It does not say may include anything other than five consecutive days. There is no provision for a 4 day work week. I don’t know what’s so complicated about this. The company doesn’t even want one for package car. If it was something drivers wanted, they had every opportunity to ask for it in a contract proposal. Not even something I’ve heard mentioned as a top concern.
You are confusing what is now vs what may have to be. Will it happen? Maybe not, but it could.
