A buddy of mine sent me a text saying he was happy about the progression raises between year 3 and 4, then he noticed he would be taking a pay cut on mileage runs.

He covers lots of sleeper runs so it would cost him some $$

that was my mistake. not looking it all over before making an opinion. it looked good for feeders at first but now we want to look at the whole thing, especially if it has any effect on retirees down the road.

I really feel the only people making out on this contract are the ones retiring in it.
With the 2 month extension, there's going to be a lot ornery old guys pushing the Yes vote so it can be finalized.
