That's not the way I am reading it----it sounds like it is either/or, hence the 8 hour guarantee. You think they might make them preload still then PVD after?
One of my supervisors says this is how it is for management still. ( the lowest price of the quarter part; not the discount). The stock purchase discount used to be 10% off of the lowest price of the quarter.
NOPE , BYE BYENope-----free period.
Much better than telling you to self copulate as a reply to your post.Sending a PM to talk and then and disallowing a response is maybe the biggest bitch move I've seen. Really suits you.
Seniority would apply then. You think they might make them preload still then PVD after?
Well you don't ing get any days from this stick. I think I love you.I would have preferred an additional personal/option day to use when I prefer.
It used to be 10% off of the lowest price of the quarter and we were only allowed to buy stocks once per quarter. We also had to hold on to them for at least a year. The intent was that DSPP not be used as a piggybank. One of my supervisors says this is how it is for management still. ( the lowest price of the quarter part; not the discount).
For hourlies, it’s the stock price on the end of trading day for each quarter end date. It’s kind of a rotten deal. The 5% doesn’t do much in the scheme of things.

Trust me, you will learn a hell of a lot more as a driver helper with a lot less stress.Seniority would apply then.
I would rather do preload, pvd vs preload/driver helper
You had the opportunity to get that higher rate when you passed up driving. There are no "combos" that will get the chance to make top driver rate.Yeah, I get that there's always been a pay differential between combos and drivers. Personally I have medical issues that prevented me going driving in 2000. I know it seems nonsensical but it still feels crappy that some combos, 22.4, get that opportunity for higher rate than others. I am using vacation towards my FMLA right now so I have already started day drinking. I'm definitely up in my feelings right now. Sorry
I see the "irrelevant, doesn't add squat to any conversation" one is still here.
And no combo’s gonna get our free socksYou had the opportunity to get that higher rate when you passed up driving. There are no "combos" that will get the chance to make top driver rate.
Very relevant post, thanks for that contribution.I see the "irrelevant, doesn't add squat to any conversation" one is still here.
I see the retired people shouldn't post is back.I see the "irrelevant, doesn't add squat to any conversation" one is still here.
I understand that. My hub has well over a thousand 22.3 plus the all the 22.4s. I don't think this issue will sit well with the 22.3. That's basically what I meant in previous post. You had the opportunity to get that higher rate when you passed up driving. There are no "combos" that will get the chance to make top driver rate.
I did summer vacation coverage last year then tried to qualify in October but got the flu, and was just flat out bad at it lol, closest I scratched was .26 over ish. Was good at the driving part but wasn't coherent in the routing and remembering the numbersTrust me, you will learn a hell of a lot more as a driver helper with a lot less stress.
22.3s are not ground package drivers, in any capacity.I understand that. My hub has well over a thousand 22.3 plus the all the 22.4s. I don't think this issue will sit well with the 22.3. That's basically what I meant in previous post.

If they did work 5-6 hours on the preload that would only give them 2-3 hours as a PVD-----by the time they got their first load from the drop off they would have to punch out, unless they allowed them to work beyond their 8.
He was probably advising on the committee so he knows the ins and outs already.Do you type out nonsense just because you like the way your keyboard sounds when you hit the keys?
