You think they might make them preload still then PVD after?
That's not the way I am reading it----it sounds like it is either/or, hence the 8 hour guarantee.

If they did work 5-6 hours on the preload that would only give them 2-3 hours as a PVD-----by the time they got their first load from the drop off they would have to punch out, unless they allowed them to work beyond their 8.

The stock purchase discount used to be 10% off of the lowest price of the quarter.
One of my supervisors says this is how it is for management still. ( the lowest price of the quarter part; not the discount).
For hourlies, it’s the stock price on the end of trading day for each quarter end date. It’s kind of a rotten deal. The 5% doesn’t do much in the scheme of things.

It used to be 10% off of the lowest price of the quarter and we were only allowed to buy stocks once per quarter. We also had to hold on to them for at least a year. The intent was that DSPP not be used as a piggybank.

Yeah, I get that there's always been a pay differential between combos and drivers. Personally I have medical issues that prevented me going driving in 2000. I know it seems nonsensical but it still feels crappy that some combos, 22.4, get that opportunity for higher rate than others. I am using vacation towards my FMLA right now so I have already started day drinking. I'm definitely up in my feelings right now. 😆 Sorry
You had the opportunity to get that higher rate when you passed up driving. There are no "combos" that will get the chance to make top driver rate.

I understand that. My hub has well over a thousand 22.3 plus the all the 22.4s. I don't think this issue will sit well with the 22.3. That's basically what I meant in previous post.

Trust me, you will learn a hell of a lot more as a driver helper with a lot less stress.
I did summer vacation coverage last year then tried to qualify in October but got the flu, and was just flat out bad at it lol, closest I scratched was .26 over ish. Was good at the driving part but wasn't coherent in the routing and remembering the numbers

Do you type out nonsense just because you like the way your keyboard sounds when you hit the keys?
