sean and carol did a great job negotiating this contract. sean addressed the inequalities of the pters his prior union heads had allowed. I hope that sean is equally as successful with amazon and federal express......time to equal the playing field. was any monies allocated for health and welfare ? how much per employee hour is it now ?....whats on the future horizon ?

Over $42 by the end of the contract. Has many or as little hours as I want. Overtime after 5 endless 6th and 7th punch opportunities. Whatever job I want to do.

As little hours as you want? It’s work directed where I’m at, they schedule us 9 hour days 6 days a week during peak season, can’t leave until they say so

Yea, but still 1 shift they just start way earlier, they made sundays mandatory, then they schedule us starting from 1pm to end of shift which is around 10

Tentative contract drivers will get $2.75 an hour and $7.50 over the course of the contract. Part-timer start at $21 an hour

$2.75 in 2023 and $7.50 over the 5 year contract.

21 is the new minimum starting pay . 2.75 is the raise . So everyone will get 23.75 right away plus however they’re calculating that extras 1.50

You’ll also get raises every august 1. That info hasn’t been released yet . So it sounds to me like you guys can be at 30 an hour at the end of this . Seems damn good to me . Hardly any info has been put out but I’m pretty sure there will be new language on them forcing part timers to stay longer or start earlier . That’s bs the company just thinks they can force you to work full time hours

Look like yes .... aug/1/2023 $21×hr but the $2.75 in 2023 might be split or not , anyhow by jan/1/2024 you will be at $23.75× hr
