Is there currently an Administrator?
No
Is there something we are waiting on? Are we vetting someone(@BadIdeaGuy) or more than one? Daughter not ready to give up control? I think the not knowing and everything in flux, is hurting BC more than anything.
I think, that a young girl, certainly younger than most of us has big decisions to make..on top of that ...losing both of her parents, and being an only child is weighing huge on her..and two parents in two weeks! Give it a rest..I think we can wait..

Is there any way you could not respond to
My posts
Thank you
I found the best way was to keep reminding that POS of what a hypocrite he is. For years all he preached was "retired people don't belong on the Brown Cafe". Now that he is retired its a different story. If I ran this place he would be banned for life. If you keep reminding him of what an * he is he will put you on ignore.

Highlighting certain deletions is not always complaining especially when used to make a point about the future of this site.

It's more of a discussion of where this site may be heading.
When someone is put in charge, I assume they will have read, ad nauseum the replies and suggestions, so make them count.

I got edited on that one ---figured that would happen. Thanks to whomever did that for not deleting the whole thing. It needed to be said.

I would think that losing both parents in such a short time is a difficult thing to deal with. I doubt this site is on the top of her priorities, I know it wouldn't be mine. I understand that she is married with a four-year-old and she runs her own business on top of that. Settling affairs is not an easy thing to do. I had my mother-in-law pass about a year ago and the probate process has been long and drawn out. I don't know what it takes to hand over a website nor how much if anything this one is worth. So far to my knowledge, only one offer has been made to her and no response has been forthcoming yet. I hope that something will eventually be worked out. I have no idea personally of any timeline or progress being made, this isn't going to be a fast deal if it even happens at all.
I would think that at this point she find someone interested in purchasing the website for an upfront fee plus royalties. This is not her "baby" and as such she has no emotional attachment to it.

The one offer wasn’t from the company, was it?? Wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Why don’t you buy it then? You’re already telling the owner what to do , you might as well become the owner . Then you can mind your own business for a change .

Does this sound like someone who is uninterested in the site and wants to sell it?

chill please. the site is up and running. I dont see anythign falling apart. you guys are doing fine the sites running fine.
Hi,

What "insider" knowledge do you have of the workings of the site?

It could in fact be falling apart....but you "don't see it"?

Co-pilot: "Captain, we lost both engines..." Captain: "We're still flying...I don't see anything falling apart..."
