Keystone pipeline was in the middle of construction when canceled. It was well past the design phase.

Specifically for processing them into the country, not stopping them at the border. The Biden administration wants to move as many as possible into the country as efficiently as possible to get more in. If Biden gets reelected we may be looking at 20 million+ illegals allowed in over his 8 years. Cities like NYC are already getting crushed.

The illegals weren't coming in anywhere near the amount they are now. The Trump administration prioritized keeping them in Mexico thus we weren't seeing the huge caravans coming up here. As soon as it became apparent that Biden was letting them in, not long after he took office, they started coming in droves. It's extraordinarily disingenuous to claim the Republicans weren't doing anything about it. Bald faced lie actually.

Good luck selling that argument. It was Gingrich who got the budget balanced AFTER Clinton almost lost a chance at re-election proposing big spending such as "Hillarycare." Republicans got complete control of Congress in '94 because of it. Clinton hired a Republican campaign advisor, Dick Morris, who got him to take a centrist approach to get reelected. He went along with Republican bills instead of vetoing them. Biden could've learned a lot from Clinton.
