What end goal should we have in mind for Ukraine as we contemplate sending nearly $100 billion more now that its summer offensive has failed to gain much ground? Are we going to keep sending money and resources until they've kicked out Russia even if they can't kick out Russia?

I've strongly supported Ukraine since the war started early last year. But these are important questions for which Joe Biden has not given any answers.
