But it doesn't have to be that way !!! People just got done voting for somebody who wants to spend money like a drunken sailor and this is something that both sides have been guilty of !!! And until people become fiscally more responsible and expect that from their government we're going to get more of the same and then yes we're going to experience a lot of pain . People need to educate and stop their selfish behaviors and by the way they live their own personal lives the same way , in debt !!! And that always comes back to get you in the end !!! Just look at all these people that are sitting at home right now that don't want to go back to work and collecting a government check , we
will pay the price for that selfish behavior as well !!!

Thank God we don't have to rely on solar panels here on East Coast . We haven't seen the sun in weeks . Getting all of your power from the sun and wind is just a fantasy , some people are just living in la la Land !!!

Stop giving money to foreign governments. Stop enriching defense contractors. Stop allowing Congressmen to benefit financially from getting special deals for lobbyists. Have term limits. Make all government employees including everyone but the President fly commercial. There are many, many ways we can reduce a bloated government.

The increased spending is in response to increased demand as evidenced by GOP legislators who voted unanimously against the Biden COVID relief package then went home and proudly informed their constituents of the relief money that would be available in response to what? The demand for services.
