I can’t count how many wrenches and other tools I’ve pulled over for.

I used to stop for all bungee straps. A lot of them were junk but I'm still using some of the 30 or 40 goods ones I picked up over the years. I also at one time had a collection of 20+ life jackets I found that had blown out of boats while being towed back to Minneapolis. Monday mornings were always the best "life jacket" times.

I think they have the first wrench set up wrong. That would just slip off.
