Back when I was a contributing member of society, If we pulled a set at any time of the day, for any amount of time, We got set pay the entire day. Is that still the case?

I’ve been given two answers to that question. One being yes, no matter how far you pulled them, you get all day set pay. The other being you have to pull them over a certain amount of miles or you only get paid set pay for the time you pulled them.

So I guess my answer is
