This list of 108 seriously underfunded union pension plans is from a September 2009 report by Moody's.

Ideally a plan should be 100% funded or better. Those funds below 80% funded are Endangered. Those below 65% funded are Critical. My New England fund, near the bottom, must be on life support.

I think you are right. A driver in our bldg, was not told that the picture was being used on a website and he is not happy. He said that this is making him think twice about voting for them in the next election.
