lmao today i was shown a legal letter with BIG Anthonys name all over and this letter basically sells out the member Big Anthony what a fool you are which just makes what i've been saying about you more real you are in over your head even Timmy knows better than that hey you should just resign before you sign over all rights of the union over to ups you are simply in over your head hey ken.r do you see what they replace you with bring back ken.r i will not go in the office with this guy

Yes please do post it so that you can really look like a clown. This was handed out in 43rd st a couple of weeks ago and I talked about it with my old steward who is now in spring st that has over 30 years.

You are talking about a last chance agreement that was offered to a driver that had to wait over 15 months to go to arbitration with very little chance of getting his job back. This agreement was written up by UPS and offered to the driver who wanted to sign it to get his job back.

Make sure you post the whole agreement because it clearly says its non-precedent and it still allows the Union to take the members case to arbitration. I don't have it anymore but when I talked about with my old steward who happens to be a steward for over 25 years he said these agreements are totally up to the driver plus the driver has the right to say no. And that because of the weak language that our old board allowed in the contract drivers have no choice but to hope to get an agreement or go to arbitration were he said most drivers are losing falsification cases and if they do win they never get any back pay.

He also said that last chance agreements are nothing new they have been going on for 20 years , most times they happen right before a lot of arbitrations but he has been part of many in the past.

So for you to said that it's a letter the sells out a member and our union you are totally wrong.

Of course L 804 uses the arbitration language in the contract. No one is disputing that so why bring it up? What you are missing is "last chance" agreements are commonplace in saving employees jobs after they continue to friend-up. Not so common at UPS but very common in other crafts, especially when arbitration is a possible resolution.
If a paycheck is the only thing you want to sign, don't friend-up. If your job was on the line, what would you do? I already know...you'd grab the first pen available, be it from Tony D or Tim S.

STOP I can tell your running with Tony D. In Brooklyn there has been last chance agreements for years. There have been people here in Foster weather the BA was Tony D or Anthony C that have gotten there jobs back that made people scratch there heads saying how the hell did that happen.

Haven't you ever seen them go after someone they didn't like. Rumor is you just lost a 40 year member in your building. I guess you could say the same for L Russert, oh thats right he didn't get offered a LCA UPS wanted him gone.

Has anyone viewed Tony's website lately ? I like the new letter he has put on there , TO BAD HE DID NOT WRITE IT . if anyone has ever heard that man speak at union meetings they would know that is not they way he talks . ( he didn't tell anyone to friend!!K OFF in it ) I bet he can't read it out loud let alone write something like that . I think it's a shame that he brings up Ron Carey in it . Ron Carey never wanted Tony d. in the hall to begin with and everyone knows that. Remember what happened when Tony ran the first time way way way back when . He couldn't set foot in the hall for years and years after that mess . So now we are to believe him when he sells us this line of crap that he didn't even write himself .
