This E/B is making more money then Billy ever made as VP. And Billy earned his money this board is stealing it. This E/B said they cut their pay by 35 thousand bull crap, they said they made $127,000.00 never told us about the $12,000.00 car allowance they get, and they pay themselves overtime for weekend work like G/M meetings and steward meetings.

Ask the members that you got fired, ask the Stewart's that lost their jobs for a year that the members had to pay for, than you lied about the arbitrators ruling. All the members were put on notice. in office, he told us to vote for a contract that gave away 25 & Out
Pensions and new full-time 22.3 jobs and gave UPS the right to fire drivers “for
dishonesty” based only on information from GPS and other technology.
With
a record like that, you would think Donato would be going out of his way to TRY
to prove that he’s not incompetent. But he doesn’t even bother running
spellcheck before he sends out a mailing.
Come to think of it, maybe we
got all those givebacks in the last contract because Tony forgot to proof that
too!

I may be a ****ty speller by I can read cut and Paste" You put this together well! Our local is in danger and i have never seen a bunch of clown destroy the meaning of a what union is suppose to be! We to start watching our back and stop letting the company do whatever they want to us, no respect to us a workers and as human beings. Members Voice has my vote all the way! At least i know they will have back and protect the members , not leave them on the street with no where to turn!
Also, During the holiday season last year this Current leadership walk into the 43rd street building and was wishing everyone a happy holiday and while they were doing so, UPS walk out 4 drivers while they were there..... I will never forget that! If that was my old local 812 back in the day those guys would have gotten their asses kicked! Who gets slapped in the face like that ????? Horrible

To all my Local 804 Brothers and Sisters: We have a crucial election coming up and we need to elect Members Voice. These past 3 years have been the worst in my 15 years at UPS. We need to restore 804 back to the way it was before this current slate took over. We cannot allow slanderous accusations by current slate to manipulate us into re-electing them. We cannot allow personal feelings to get in the way of doing the right thing. We cannot believe false promises or the hope of personal gain based on empty promises made by current slate. When casting your vote, it has to be what is best for us. Voting MEMBERS VOICE is the only choice. If anyone does not receive their ballot by this coming Tuesday, call 1(800) 864-1263. I hope and pray we members make the right decision.
