Angelo , Tony do not care about out local , proof is the way they acted after they lost.Members that were fired under Tony D have nothing in there file in writing from Tony D no notes nothing only what UPS sent to the hall. When Tony came back to Foster he asked the Shop Stewards to all step down , he ran for steward and got crushed , This is not a person that we should ever trust again he only cares about himself. And now Angelo , Tony and John are using members to try to get back in.

Noticed Tony found his way to the eastern buildings to try to drum up some support. I seen him out this way one other time and it was for the same thing, VOTES....
He was more interested in bad mouthing the board but had no real plans when asked what he was going to do to make it better. He would argue with some of the drivers then start talking about Tim again.
Keep this guy in your Brooklyn building in a cage before he does any more damage to the new slate Row C.

Article 5 Local Union 804 Supplemental Agreement
"all employees who attain Company seniority prior to August 1, 2008, will be given fifteen (15) minutes of additional pay after the completion of 8 1/2 hours or work in lieu of a coffee period when they attain seniority in the package driver and helper classification."
A give back from our old E board to UPS , our members turned the first supplemental down that had us giving up 25 and out , coffee for new hires , 10 cents back , UPS would put 12 million into our pension to put it back to the way it was. Our E board said we have to vote Yes or there's no way that UPS will give us the 12 million for our pension if this contract isn't passed by JAN 1 there is no time to vote again. We voted it down UPS sent out another offer this time we got every thing back , plus the 12 million but not coffee for new hires and it was done , voted on and passed before JAN 1.

We see policies changing (stopping the health and safety committees, no more horsetrading members , building raids, informational raids) and a lot of fight back in these guys. For some it took a bit longer (LOL) but , I don't hear any significant unhappiness among the guys. And the ones that do criticize the new board were very close to the Row A guys when they were in power, no surprise here.
Listen, Row A got about 1,000 votes in that last election. I will assume they might get that much, maybe a little less this election. The new board has made believers in some of those guys. Can't see us going backwards and rewarding some of these clowns from old Row A!
And by the way lonely wolf, you are right . The members DID speak. December 2009 by 2 to 1 margin, the members voted overwhelmingly to kick your boys out and voted in strong rank and file leaders to fix the mess your boys created.
After this delegate election and Row B wins, that will be the final nail in the coffin for ALL former Row A board members -including Bill B who is not putting his name out this time but Im sure he is behind alot of this misinformation campaign. No more Tony, Angelo, John, Bill, Steve. After this election, the personalities can be put aside and we can move forward 804 MEMBERS UNITED!

Well let me tell you a little secret about this guy. When all the Union Brothers and Sisters were on strike in l997 standing outside the building on the picket lines. This suppose union guy was working inside the building loading trucks. Now he is standing outside, giving out Row B fliers, trying to pass himself off as a big Union Guy. Is this what Row B is made up of? Non union guys who work during the strike. Even Dave O used to pal around with this guy, what does this tell you about Row B? Jack D is probably the best choice in that building ahead of Tony D. Dont kid yourself, you really know it, I,know it, and everyone else knows it. If you dont, you will when people mail their election ballots in next week.

Stopping the Health and Safety committes only seem to hurt the member, not the company. Wrong move on the e boards part. If the company stopped them, the union would have had a fit!

Didnt see you complaining years ago when Howie did the same thing. There is no problem with the commitee, there is a problem when they use it as a tool to fire a driver. Either join with us or get out of the way cause there is no room for weak links in this chain.
