We have many decisions with not being temporary is considered anything more than 30 days in a 90 day period. They either need to hire a permanent full-time driver or make the air driver a permanent full-time driver.

If they need to use you on a regular basis means that the company is not properly staffing the operations.

I agree the company needs to hire more FT 22.4 delivery drivers. The problem is no one wants to work anymore.

Wrong, if they do not have a qualified list and continually training. They will pay. there is always a steady stream of people willing to try to become a UPS driver. Regardless of what you say. You are simply taking up a spot so the company does not feel they need to hire and train.

Yeah. Only 7 bucks more than 13 bucks minimum at fast food and you don't have to drive around dealing with traffic.
