Can anyone list the changes made in the second offer that weren't in the first offer that was voted down?

When I get time I will try and compare the number of eligible votes between the 2 offers. Any chance the IBT counted seasonal's as eligible voters in order to get the % below 50?

Probably the last vote on our contract. After this we will be lucky to have 20% for the next contract. I feel sorry for the 20 yr old who are just starting. My time is about done. It is up to them now. From what I've seen. It doesn't look like it will turn around. Hoffa ended the UNION. After a Hoffa built it up.

25+ years I have only seen selfishness and minimal solidarity. The best union guys were always found in Leadership positions.
