The fact that you believe you have a great pension, tells me you know a lot of them.
Anyone who makes politics their reason for tanking a contract is weak. When you call them out they don’t want to hear it. Just take a step back and look at the politics being played here.

wide load

Starting wage is a waste of time.

The fact you assume I’m in the regular NE Fund and not the hybrid plan leads me to believe you’re an idiot. Most likely with a nipple ring.

Politics has been played way before this contract negotiations started. Simple fact is this, change the :censored2:ty language that you negotiated and signed off on, we will vote yes. Don’t change it, and the fate is in your hands. Renegotiate, strike, impose, its all up to you clowns. Just remember who you work for :censored2:.

Feeder driver on Deck, I voted no for the national and no for the supplement. I've only been here for 6 months or so and the progression is killing me and others like me. I hear some of the senior guy say it's not fair to the company or to the other guys that went through progression, and I don't think fairness is the case at all. It is fair because we have fulfilled or obligations under the old contract.
We are no longer be holding to what UPS has done to us or for Us in the past. I ask senior senior guys at what point do you take credit for building the UPS house and make it better for the next guys coming in? The fact that these guys are defending UPS is Ludacris, when you consider that the practices are only making worse conditions for the workers that subjected to UPS's unfair treatment of its workers. I also believe that the 24.5 will only further divide the workers, also I do not believe that UPS is doing enough for its part-time workers in the form of hourly rate! All of these concessions and give me seem like just another path to the same old same old a downward spiral to the we can't take it anymore place, by then it will be too late. More money, better working conditions, stronger language on the Grievances, protecting the part-time worker and a greater capacity, and no 24.5

I’m talking about the fund that pays $6000 at age 60. You have a better one now?
Nope that’s it (mind you it has been increasing), so when I retire at 60 it might be 7000, however, if you are a person that counts on one element to retire on then you’re a bigger loser than I thought. My pension will be beer money.

me against them

management can't break me
Yes vote for me. Just turned fifty and will have my thirty full time in by 2020, yes I'm one of those that was hired from outside. I have no problem if it fails because I'm in total control of my own finances. Plus I've been in 401k since I started. I have nothing to gain or loose with this contract.
I would like to see the pt's vote overwhelmingly to see what the outcome will be. They will be the deciding factor if this contract passes or fails. We'll see soon.

Sorry but your vote will be nullified for not knowing correct contract articles.
