Yeah you’re exactly right- I know a lot about my husbands contract because it’s important! Dont be jealous because your wife doesn’t care or take the time to learn about what’s going on.

My husband and his union, local 174 is voting YES for the contract. Ive heard a ton of “no” votes but no reasons to back it up.... want to know what everyone thinks, and if you’re voting NO, can you please give reasons why?

As a TDC you could make top rate with 8 hour requests and 9.5 protection. If you go 22.4 (which you will) the highest you will make is $6 less than the rest of us and zero work time protection. When I’m done with my 9.5 week, you’ll have to put in 14.33 more hours a week than me to make the same as I do. That’s why every package car driver and anyone that wants a package car job to vote “friend NO!”I'm A TCD. why should I vote NO?
