I already been in a strike and trust me I can line up my pile of grievances with the best of them. If the members want a strike I am gonna be there so don’t worry about that. It’s all the cocky vote no guys that don’t know what to expect is who you gotta worry about being scabs. I seen it at the last contract. 2 weeks in and the wife needs money for the kids, mortgage due and late on car payments. I already walked the line at UPS and walked in solidarity with other crafts. Truth is I am more worried about guys like you being a man or a scab.
Laguna I’m willing to bet your stack doesn’t come close to Big Poppa’s over here.
Keep filing here and there. I’ll hold the Fort down. Woooooooo!!!

Finally something we can agree on???

....you are very "glitchy".

Has to be a "glitch", right?....because it can't be you???

What a tool.
Dude really? You still have not explained how you wanted us in your healthcare even when we were never in it to begin with and it would reduce our healthcare benefits. #freeloader

Just admit the carve out was awesome

We had a blast! Got on TV, in the newspaper, etc.
My wife said it looked like we were having too much fun.

But a strike happening this time? Really?

Our BA was reported as asking the last group of upsers at their contract meeting what they would do if they got "locked out" this time around.

Right. Nice try at scare tactics. He never brought it up to us at our meeting. We would've put him on blast.

Lock out 240,000 workers and see what is left of their stock and customer base.

Dear Mr. BA,
I'm so proud that we now bargain from a position of weakness. You told us that point blank clear language doesnt mean what it says.
You told us that it will help the bargaining unit for the company to send our bargained for work to our competitors.
You told us the company will not save any money if 22.4 jobs become reality.
This is what we pay $94.00 a month for. Lies. Threats. Weak representation.
Get a real job loser.

I was never in that healthcare plan either?....and who is "us"???

Explain how "carving out" of a much larger plan, can provide superior benefits in today's healthcare market???

Keep talking, please....

Wow you turned my response against me so creative, if you have walked why do you care about a no vote or not. Members will be fine and there is plenty of work with a booming economy. So what's your real stance with your post? Trying to scare members to vote yes? Sorry TonyQ already tried that one didn't work and still doesn't work. I actually would welcome a strike for the reason that we need to stand together and this seems to be the only way UPS and the Union will respect the membership.

Our original plan was better than Teamcare. The union leadership got our healthcare money and our new fulltime package car drivers (NOT RPCDs) got another year of progression.
Did TN get a $38,000.00 raise that year? Do we now have to drive 40 miles for blood work, MRIs, and X-rays to stay in network?
Yes we do.

I'm voting no because ups needs to understand we are united. 13 $ a hour isn't enough to start. No Compensation For Existing Part Time Employees. Healthcare for retirees needs to be lower. 22.4 will be another classification that divides us. More 22.3 jobs why only 22.4 what about the people that don't want to drive but want full-time. Better raise 4.15 over 5 years is barely keeping up with inflation. 100$ per full-time year a month towards my pension could be improved.so 27 years full-time 2700 now minus 500 for health insurance. So I think that sums it up vote no
