Make up your mind.

First you say that changing a word means nothing, then you say wording means everything.

Your only chance at success is by muddying conversation up so much that nobody can follow along.
Bla bla bla. Why don’t you give us some example of what a devastating impact it will have on us all.

You are the prime example of why Teamsters should not use YouTube videos and Facebook as their main source for contract information.

Shouldn't you be meeting with your BA right about now and giving his DNA rifle some relief?

I had to look these guys up...

If these guys are spearheading the "vote yes" movement, I am confident that we have nothing to worry about.

Riviting explanation. You have made the vote no movement extremely proud representing the members with your extensive contract knowledge.

What SPECIFICALLY have you brought to the table?

I have YET to see you provide any concrete information when asked.

All you like to do is speculate and ask everyone to put blind faith into the very people who decided to screw us over.

Sounds like a winning strategy.

50% +1 participation is the key.

Without that, the contract passes.

I have no doubt there will be more 'no' votes.

They wrote 22.4 in as it is with obvious Hell-No's like the lower pay and no 9.5 or excessive overtime protection, etc. so that the union would focus on improving those aspects instead of wiping 22.4 away completely, then UPS wouldn't honor any of the improved language. On top of this, 2 to 3 months out of the year known as "peak season" we have no union power at all? If nobody ever brings this up as an issue then I guess UPS might as well make it 3 to 4 months out of the year or whenever they declare that "peak" has started or ended at any particular hub since we don't care about our rights during peak season, no?

So your voting no to keep weekend work the same for RPCD's and the company will still continue to use current the two tier drivers that already exist even though they make less than a 22.4.

Seriously what are you expecting to gain from a no vote that is better that your current economic package?
I'm expecting on a No vote to be working at Target during the Super Bowl and adding 10 more years until my retirement.

I'm with these boys though. I make $37.60 an hour and get $22.14 in benefits (see UPS Rising). Sure $59.74 sounds great, but the profits this company makes I don't see why a high school grad like me shouldn't make $85 an hour.

All this time and still no examples of how that one word will change anything. How many more hours are you gonna spend trying to make this an issue? ALL the same rules apply in defending members. You are the one trying to say the sky is falling! Put up or shut up with an example of how it’s gonna be different (we all know you got nothing)! all the name calling and emoji charms in the world can’t change the fact you don’t know :censored2:.

Again, nothing of substance. Just blame and deflect.

PS.. If you are going to try and be insulting, at least try not to recycle your material so soon.

We're just saying we want to keep what we have. If you care about you're family wouldn't you? Is that a crime? Are we not the ones who are generating that profit?
