If it’s brown, it’s going down
So this is your logic? We need to have union officials change every three years. Good luck with this, Sean, Fred , and a whole lot of others would be out of the business. Good luck attracting anyone worth their salt to do that job. At least I have peered into your mentality.
You mean you would be out as well, sign me up. I think the good old boys forgot what a 14hr day out in a package car out in 10 degree weather was like. If you have been out of the field for over 10 years your insight to our job is obsolete and you have no knowledge on current issues we face as members. Sitting behind a desk at the union hall looking at proposals will not get you the true issues behind the memberships needs. When's the last time you went to a hub in your local and actually talked to the members about what's been going on lately with
their job or life in general. Personally only time I see anyone for my local is when they want money for drive or contract time, funny how you popped up on this site right during contract time trying to sell a crap contract. Seems nothing changes with you old guard boys, come out when it best suits you and your union dues.

So does this mean you are going to run for office? Are you going to put your money where your mouth is. Or should I say fingers.

They do need to change or at least have term limits. Instead of the good old boys club

You would have thought after the last election, someone would have gotten a wake up call
Term limits? There would be no reason for a lot of UPSers to go into office. You lost me at term limits. I know the sacrifice that a UPSer goes through, but do you know what the sacrifices that elected officers go through?

Two term max Max and out the door. Just like we don't need career politicians running the country , we don't need the life long fat cats to run the Teamsters.

Sure just put in your resignation papers I will take your spot no problem. I'm sure 2/3 majority would prefer me over you anyways.

You still didn't answer my question, when was the last time you waddled into a hub and talk to members about the issues they see in their line of work. Not counting union meetings, I mean you had to get out of office and out of that nice roller chair we bought you and went to the hub to ask the members you supposedly care about what they think.
