Your answer really doesn't answer my ?..
What can you point to that make this a good contract?
On the 9.5 language, I remember in 1997 I was the first driver in my building to over 200 stops and that was in peak with a helper. Now the driver that does my old route routinely goes out with over 200 stops and it's not only him I'm sure this is going on all over the country. That's why 25 and out pension raises are needed..

The sad thing about it is you can start these new pters at 15 an hour and ups in many locations are going to STILL have a high turnover rate and folks quitting after a couple of weeks ... watch and see...
For the type of work it is you could pay a lot of people $25 an hour and they'd walk before the first week was over.
