They changed the date due to the NFL regular season start. Don't want any quick reaction voting if your NFL team goes down Thursday, Sunday or Monday.

After this travesty of a contract is voted down, will Hoffa stick with the same proven failures on the negotiating team or add some youth, intelligence, and new blood and boot the failures? If I was Hoffa I’d put Tyler on negotiating team or at least in charge of UPS Rising, instead of another old, out of touch and ineffective fat guy.

The whole point of TCDs are to temporarily replace a full time drivers for the purpose of covering PTO time or leave. They are not allowed to supplement the driver fleet. This prevents abuse by using cheap labor to do driver work and they already abuse it. Now the union wants to allow them to do it in mass. If overtime needs to be address put in a few routes and hire the drivers. If you need weekend drivers create a weekend position and if that's not enough offer it to part timers in seniority order. Quit trying to screw over potentially 1000s of employees by subjecting them to the same work as a RCPD at a much lower rate. Quit trying to piss on everybody's head and calling it rain. 22.4 is a sellout of epic magnitude.

Please prove your opinion that 22.4's ARE NOT to replace RPCD's (as you call them, StbF-soon to be fired-for BS reasons such as 3 seat belt infractions or 3 bulkhead door events as we like to call ourselves) You claim they are a step up from part time TCD's. So instead of going part time to full time full pay drivers you want them to go to full time second class drivers who will NEVER be paid what the job is worth EVEN AFTER YOU AND YOUR UNION PIMPS GET DONE DEVALUING WHAT WE DO!

Did you explain to them that they will do exactly what the StbF-Soon to be Fired drivers do without the pay, the protections, or the 8 hour requests. Sure they would be excited when you tell them they will become drivers sooner but like any lying ___ from college you didn't tell them they were about to contract an itch that no shot of penicillin can cure and they will never get rid of it!

Is it a 2 tier system? lets examine what's comming out of your mouth! Are the 22.4's and the StbF doing the exact same job? YES. Are they being paid the same? No. That's a 2 tier system you company WH0RE.

The increase in part time wages are a societal thing. When Seattle passes a law raising the minimum wage $15/hour that means UPS now has to pay $15/hour. When UPS can not hire employees at $11/hour because every other job in the market pays more you can not claim it is because of the negotiating prowess of the union! Remember we at at historical low levels on unemployment)

Maybe get off your back once and awhile and take a look around? It'll be ok, it won't get in your eyes this time!
