I don't see how the 22.4 idea is bad.current drivers dont have to work weekends and since no drivers will bid on them gives more p/t the chance to go friend/t without all of the week driving.just my opinion.

What we are being told is they will do inside work for the first half and deliver ground for the second half of the shift through out the week. Then mainly drive during the weekend.
