Eh I never quite understood the fascination with worrying about when other people retire. Everyone situation is different. The only thing I hope is that everyone leaves healthy, and on their own terms. That timeframe is different for everyone for lots of reasons.

Strike over something that has been agreed to by both sides? Contract doesn't say the company can't send drivers out heavy.

Teamsters said yes to the contract. That was the time to do something.

They didn’t say yes to continuing to abuse the contract day after day year after year.

I guess it's in how you define abuse. Sucks to be you for signing off on a contract with language that allows what some perceive as abuse.

Is the company violating the contract? That the union can do something about.
