One dating back to May, the rest since November.
Why, because my management at my hub is worthless.
Yeah, I know, I'm racking up $1000 a week + in penalty pay, but, Christ...
Your business agent should’ve already demanded a hearing and pushed it onto the next level if the manager and labor refuses to sit down

For the May one, we had a hearing last month. It was regarding 20 hours of short pay. They offered $1200 when I told them that grievance was from the week before which had already been paid out for $1700.
We are going to have to look into this they said, 6 weeks and $1200 more in penalty.
No more deals pay me. You signed the contract.

Still unacceptable to go over six months before that grievance was heard the first time. They were in no hurry to make it right and now they wanna make a deal? Yeah no thanks!

Agreed. Have tried to contact my BA and ready to escalate. Not sure if State labor will have or be able to get involved at this point. The steward I filed in November said they still have grievances outstanding since 2023.
My last real job, I could approach the CEO of a billion $ a year company with a problem and he would say, call corporate and say I told them to fix it.
This company is rapidly growing more dysfunctional.
