I have not been made whole. The company did not pay me correctly, wrongly not paying me my correct rate or omitting 20+ hours a week from my paycheck (I side article 22). First two weeks accrue half my daily ($104). After that is goes to $208 each week. Article 17. Do your math or have a friend help you.

So they haven't paid you the missed hours for months? No correction has been made?

If they haven't paid you the adjustment then they must be disputing what you believe your pay rate to be.

It would be easier if you knew how to explain things instead of being vague and pretending you're smart by being a smart ass.

I did my best to explain. I have not been made whole. They are sitting on the grievances. Case in point. They paid me one holiday for Thanksgiving week. Unpaid. They reduce my pay by $3/hr,. They correct it at a month later but don't backpay me. A month later, they reduce my pay again.
I know my contract and my pay rate and what it's supposed to be. My point is, payroll is :censored2:ing up hard on a regular basis. I report it to management every time, per contract, two days later, I file. And it sits. I'm a red circled employee, loosing 20 hours of OT a week because I went FT.
What would you suggest I do?

OK now I’m more confused. You’ve got a Pre 1983 seniority date? And you’re full-time inside the building so 22.3.? or 22.2?

And I certainly agree with you payroll makes a lot of mistakes

If I wanted to, I would have years ago. I have given up the job I loved for a full time pension. I didn't anticipate being screwed over by payroll on a near constant basis.
I gave up 20+ hours of overtime a week for 40 hours of work I'm not getting paid correctly for. It's a bit frustrating.
Still not 100% certain I understand your situation but if you have not been made whole keep pushing and I certainly hope you get everything you’re owed.

I know drivers that demanded rock solid penalty grievance go to panel and come back with less than was offered. @Thebrownblob is right. My old BA used to say "You always get a better deal at home." Don't know if this is right everywhere but from what I've heard and seen here it's pretty accurate.
I had a Center Manager tell me--" if its really important they (management) will touch base with you again". I used that advise for many years when it came to driver follow-ups. COD shortages and many other things. You would be surprised at the number of times I never heard another word about it.

With 99% of the stuff being "driver released" now I can see why they aren't serious about follow-ups now. Back when men were men we were held way more accountable than you slugs today. :-) .

It’s been a long time since they’ve tried to charge anybody for a bad driver release where I’m at.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

On cars would show up on the route and ask for the the last ten DRs. They would go back and take pictures of them. The worst ones would be posted on the bulletin board, anonymously. I made the board a few times, 🤣

Good thing I wore my brown pants
If drivers actually DRed to the methods, out of sight, out of weather, stop counts would tank and We'd have more routes and drivers.

The company doesn't want you to follow the methods for dr(except LP) it saves over head, until there's a problem. Then, bye bye.

Be a good teamster, Deliver those DRs out of sight, out of weather and help create jobs and prevent lay offs
