There was a monsignor in the Vatican recently who was removed after it was found he was having gay orgies, among other things. There have been bishops and I think at least one cardinal who've been removed due to the child abuse scandals who were or had been abusing boys.

No, I'm not. Christian or not no one should touch children. As to your other post it seems when you hear about a pedophile it's always towards one sex. In the case of Catholic priests it's overwhelmingly about boys. The Catholic Church would probably end this problem by not allowing gays to serve as priests.
