How do you get your DIAD?

How do you deliver businesses? Leave packages outside?

How do you do your pick ups? Tell the customer to leave them outside?

They are not going to pick and choose individual employees within a delivery business as to who may not come into contact with others and who may. OSHA denied the entire trucking industry an outside exemption. Hell, over the road drivers rarely come into contact with people.

You're welcome to fight the Government. I hope you have a lot of money to lose.

Wow. How can truckers not he excempt? So ridiculous. I'll just hope for the best but prepare for the worst I guess.

I’m not clocked in when I get my diad

Doesn't matter whether you are clocked in or not. You report to a workplace where other individuals are present. Game over.

I don’t work at those businesses that I deliver to

No, but you come into contact with these people in an indoor setting. So you don't work exclusively outside. Game over.

Ph@@k off commie

Typical response from someone who knows they have been proved wrong....Name calling.

Did you not read the OSHA memo, if it’s only for a brief time. 95% of my building is not gonna get a vaccine, who u think I’d gonna cave first?

My thoughts exactly. I can understand delivery drivers not being exempt, we come into contact with a lot of people during the day, and on a daily basis, but an over the road trucker? He/she probably comes in contact with no one. Maybe 1 person for a few seconds at a delivery or pick up point once a week.

Show me specific OSHA bull:censored2: unconstitutional illegal rules from those 490 pages of absolute communist crap that says truck drivers are not exempt. Not a news article. News articles are opinions. Specific language.

The wife and I just made our list to increase our food stock from 3 months worth to 9 months to a year. See all you friends on the picket lines. If you start getting hungry because you didn't prepare, squirrel meat is not too bad. You big city folks could eat pigeons if it came to it. I hear the Bronx has a sizable feral chicken population.

How would you interpret this? Funny thing is there is no definition for brief attached to the 490 pages of crap. It just says OSHA will determine what is brief. How vague.

There is no language that exempts truck drivers. They do not work outdoors exclusively. It is what it is. Fight it all you want.
