Man have you got your work cut out. A friend and I had a 65 about 20 years ago that was in much better condition but couldn't come up with a title for it so we turned it into an ice racer. We ran it for 3 years. It ended up in the scrapyard.

Yep. Had never welded before this project. I should be quite the welder by the time it's done. Lol

Keep us updated. You should also send in some pictures to that 'Gearz" show. You could win some nice shop equipment. You must have some good neighbors. It looks like you are doing most of the work so far in your driveway.

Does anyone have a manual window regulator for an 85 dodge truck drivers door? I can't find one aftermarket or through a dealer (discontinued item) not having any luck at local salvage yards either. Also checked with lmc truck and JC Whitney with no luck. I can get power regulators but nothing manual. Trying to restore truck back to original for my Dad. Any ideas would be appreciated

Ask your salvage yard to search other salvage yards. There's a website they have that connects them all.

Way to go. I looked for about 5 minutes this morning but had no luck. Kept finding. Power ones without the motors. Which if I had to guess aren't that much different.
