They're claiming this order is necessary to “protect the vaccinated.” If that’s the case, what’s the point of vaccination in the first place?

Plus, this mandate doesn't apply to members of congress or their staff...hmmmm!

Except that only a teeny percent of a teeny percent of a teeny percent have any adverse reaction to the vaccine after billions of doses worldwide. Meanwhile, nearly 700k in the US alone have died from the virus. And I had a short term problem- my shoulder was sore for about 36 hours where I had a needle go through the muscle tissue. Cost to society of my sore shoulder- $0

Been traveling around Montana (Glacier and that area) and have been running into places with signs that say “masks required even if vaccinated”. Just as I was getting used to no mask again.

Like @rod said, there’s absolutely zero value in giving the employees a hard time that are tasked with enforcing it.
Complying with a mandate to wear a mask in, say, a Doctors office or on an airplane doesn’t equate to ones civil rights being stripped away.
All it gets you is trouble.

Poll just came out that shows 60% of Americans think mandate for vaccine is not only unconstitutional but a majority say governors should fight it and that it sets a bad precedent. So much for protecting the vaccinated! Stick it Joe!!

FOX polls are meaningless. FOX tells their dumb viewers that mandates are unconstitutional and then asks them what they thinks. Same with all the right wing circle jerk sites where they all quote each other as news sources. Fox cites breitbart, breitbart quotes OAN, and Oan quotes FOX, over and over, reporting opinions as facs. And their minions come to sites like this believing what they hea, instead of fact checking.

Wearing a mask in a confined area like an airplane or doctor's office makes a lot more sense than trying to force people outside to wear one.

You gave up on socialism real quick!

Private companies can still charge employees as much as they want, up to the mandated limit. If employers find the cost to high, they can decide to pass the costs on to those raising the price for everyone. An employer with a vaccine mandate will over time have lower medical costs statistically. Companies are rewarded with lower insurance rates if all their employees are healthy. Has absolutely nothing to do with socialism- that aspect is pure capitalism, other than the socialist nature of insurance in general.

Maybe. But not all fat peope are fat by choice or lifestyle. Thyroid issues can cause the body to convert sugar to fat instead of using it as fuel. Other people with a high BMI may actually have low fat levels, or actually be healthy and have a lower risk of death than average.
