No idea about quad. I know @UPSER1987 has always been a fake. So much so that now he keeps his ass in the partners formus arguing with the rare management member that joins because he can't hang with the regular hourlies.

I’ve never done it before after being fired but this time I filed unemployment. Hoping they see it and move this along faster

If I recall correctly, I think I was fired at least 20 times , maybe more.
I hardly ever listened to the sups who fired me and I always just showed up for the next shift. And nothing was said.

Had a pt sup tell me she, "was going to have me fired," then I said, "No, I'll have you fired." She was fuming. She was unable to have me fired, she failed in giving me a warning letter and failed in giving me a verbal warning. The Ft sup essentially told her to shut up.

I also heard "expect the unexpected". The need for hydration was unexpected but handled as expected, the expectation being acquiring necessary fluids.
