I had a bit of a rough day yesterday....the split route that helps me during peak is OUT. Actually, it's been in only once so far during peak.

298 pieces (145 DR stops)
20 pickups
444 pieces picked up (had to come back to the building once and unload and go back out to finish pickups)

We left the building early at 8:15am (almost an hour earlier than normal) so that helped alot. I worked til 19:50 so I finished just over 10.5 hours for the day. I had a helper for 5 hours so it definately could be worse. In fact, the Wednesday after black Friday I had 228 stops with 70 commercial stops so it was worse that day. Overall, peak has still been pretty light here but there is still 2 weeks left so we'll see how it goes. I'm thinking the economy is slow and that will have everyone waiting til the last minute to buy and ship. It could be a few very nasty days at the end.
