Especially for Steve - last roll of Kodachrome is developed and this is one of the pictures:

I never "warmed" up to digital photography until I discovered the tools that allows a photographer to get the rich colors and detail that one gets with film.

To see some other images from the last roll of Kodachrome, go to this site of Steve McCurry, the photographer who took them.

View from my driveway - 5 degrees when I got up this morning....Happy New Year!

The first time I went to Arizona in the winter I was happy as hell basking in the 80 degree heat in Casa Grande and then my stupid inlaws said "lets drive up to Sedona" because its so beautiful up there. As soon as we ran into snow I said "get me the hell out of here" ---I hadn't flown 2,000 miles from frozen Minnesota just to see snow again. P.S. ---it is some nice scenery though.

My Girls and I went for a bike ride today. We went into a private community down the road from our house. Here's the view we saw. Can you see something trying to hide in the background? I guess it is kind of warm here.
