remember one time last year I felt bad for my loader who was going though some life problems , I had a great week in nfl betting that week and tipped him$200 on a day in November. Little things you do in life can have big effects on others.

My loader does a fairly good job but I am afraid he will be overwhelmed as this will be his first Peak.

She could put ten packages in my truck. None would be in order and three would be misloads. I am fairly generous at Christmas but with her crappy attitude she'll be lucky if I give her a five dollar gift card to Burger King.

Ahh...not to me. It's a token of appreciation...the amount doesn't matter too much. Over the years, I've gotten tips ranging from $10 to a couple hundred from a retiring driver I loaded for 5 years.
It's the thought that counts. I'd be more insulted if you gave me nothing...I don't forget those drivers...just like you guys remember the customers that don't tip.
I always take a collection,from the drivers in our pull. Then put it in a card,for our preloader. Some drivers "really cry" about it. So I have to remind them how crappy our loads are,when he isnt there.!

If I receive poor service I will leave a penny.
I make the effort,because we have a good loader. Not sure what I would do,If he was a "crappy" one.
Alot of drivers give nothing. Usually the guys that make the most,give the least!
