New sup wants me to "build to the top"...

Really getting annoying. I usually build to a certain point and just start tossing smalls and bags at the top, but this guy wants boxes to the roof and everything else to the side until the end.

Does UPS hire these guys off the street?

Hey what I do I put my RDC under the belt and I leave post office bags, smalls under the belt too. I always talk to my drivers so I know how to load what they like I barley miss load. My truck 27 I load by ball and if I know the area I do my address I have the outlets on one of my trucks so try to keep in order. We have sups that don’t even scan my trucks cause I don’t miss load.

I got hired 11 years ago I was looking for a job and I saw ups was hiring during the summer and I never left
