He really doesn't get it

Nobody has a problem with a part-timer making some extra money when we are short-handed.
But if that happens on a daily or weekly basis then it needs to be a full-time job.

I bet someone got paid under the table to ratify that last contract that we voted no on. The DOJ should be investigating that.
This is not remotely true, while unpopular, and a career killer, the 2/3 rule was a legitimate provision in our constitution at the time. It is no more.

According to our Local there is no contract violation by using dues paying members to perform bargaining unit work. How long are you going to continue to beat this dead horse?
