Nope roadie is never been meant to deliver packages. They are meant to pick up items from grocery stores or retail stores in the same city and take them to a customer on the same day.You mean these guys?

Peak is right around the corner…and aunt carol said the company is going to hit the marketing hard and fast after the contract gets put in the rear view mirrorNo love for mlk day lol come on.
The cuts are coming.
I hope he doesn’t crash, his best decision in his life his Hyundai Kona into a wall. And this is for a certain someone on here —the self proclaimed “resident know-it-all” who said 22.4’s weren’t going anywhere…. I think I’m probably not alone either in expressing this…

Hold strong and maintain a 15 stop per hour no matter how safe you have to be. Then file!Sorry but welcome to 0 hours. Seniority rules. You won't be able to cover routes if there aren't any available to drive on. Think about that part. Not only that management will probably push even harder to consolidate routes to have less drivers.
I work at a SAFE pace everyday no matter how long it takes! I'll admit I was a runner early on but luckily I learned that is not the way...Hold strong and maintain a 15 stop per hour no matter how safe you have to be. Then file!
I'm confused. Weren't you one of the Southern guys saying they can't force 6th punch anyways? Also no forced sixth punch
I believe nearly everyone goes through this cycle. Once you learn that working harder just gets you more work…… it’s over.I work at a SAFE pace everyday no matter how long it takes! I'll admit I was a runner early on but luckily I learned that is not the way...
It would be a win for thier fellow union employees in other parts of the country, just because they don't personally "win" doesn't mean they cant be happy about it.I'm confused. Weren't you one of the Southern guys saying they can't force 6th punch anyways?
If so what's the win?
Nah I'm in the atlantic. I go almost every Saturday.I'm confused. Weren't you one of the Southern guys saying they can't force 6th punch anyways?
If so what's the win?
Explain this thought process more in depth please. Not sure if I'm following correctly.Sorry but welcome to 0 hours. Seniority rules. I was just letting everybody know what also was in the contract, y’all the ones bitching and cryin about it. I haven’t ever been forced in on sixth punchI'm confused. Weren't you one of the Southern guys saying they can't force 6th punch anyways?
If so what's the win?
They were using the 22.4 language as a technicality to force in RPCDs on Saturday. Even in the southern where we have 5 consecutive day work week language. It would be a win for thier fellow union employees in other parts of the country, just because they don't personally "win" doesn't mean they cant be happy about it.
Still is very hard habit to kick. If you’re just built for speed it’s hard to throttle back. But with the new magnetic labels it’s taking nearly an hour longer a day just because there’s never any labels showing so you dig through 300 packages all day longI believe nearly everyone goes through this cycle. What magnetic labels? I haven’t heard but did notice I have less labels out.Still is very hard habit to kick. If you’re just built for speed it’s hard to throttle back. Yes, there’s some new labels with embedded chips of some sort. We have not started using them where I am yet but supposedly it’s going to stop all miss loads. L O L I’ll believe it when I see it.What magnetic labels? I haven’t heard but did notice I have less labels out.
RFID chip labels are used to prevent misloaded. The chip is wirelessly powered and be able to locate and communicate with the system to ask a question "should I be in this package car?"Yes, there’s some new labels with embedded chips of some sort.
