If road conditions or weather is poor we can take that into account. I'm not going to penalize a rookie for being safe when road conditions are bad.Pick up the pace. You need to be within .5.
I'm curious as to what the goal should be for a new driver. Obviously hitting scratch is the goal but that aside what might be a reasonable overage to have? My first 3 days alone i was 103, 102 and 224 clicks over my time.
We can let people qualify during peak if the bid was for a permanent FT position. You're not qualifying now anyways so just be safe.
We have already had two drivers qualify this month. One more still trying. Of course next month they will be preload and another PT sort for the next six months. We can let people qualify during peak if the bid was for a permanent FT position.
I feel like you and I cross paths on this topic a lot.We have already had two drivers qualify this month. One more still trying. Of course next month they will be preload and another PT sort for the next six months.
There are way to many variables that are not takin into account when your talking about there numbers. Did you get stuck in traffic on the way to your area? Was the door you usually back into at your first bulk stopped blocked forcing you to wait 5-10 minutes? Were you waiting for Chico the receiver to sign the Diad for 5 minutes while he was unloading a tractor trailer? When the company recognizes these types of delays, I'll start caring about over allowed.I'm curious as to what the goal should be for a new driver. Perhaps.. Either way i'll just give it the best i can. If im out in January so be it.It sounds as though the permanent positions do exist and that they are trying to light a fire under your butts.
