WASHINGTON – A senior U.S. Department of Justice official approved a sting operation that allowed some 2,000 guns to be smuggled into Mexico, a former U.S. agent told CBS News.
Darren Gil, former head agent in Mexico for U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives operations, said his direct supervisor in Washington told him the sting had been approved by officials of higher rank than ATF director Kenneth Melson.
Gil said in an exclusive interview Friday with CBS investigative correspondent Sharyl Attkisson that he asked his supervisor if Melson was aware of the operation and the latter responded: “Yes, the director’s aware of it. Not only is the director aware of it, D.O.J.’s aware of it.”

When questioned by an illegal alien student today who showed him a deportation letter, President Barack Obama said he did not want to deport illegal alien students like the one who questioned him, he wanted them to succeed. The exchange came during a town hall event sponsored by the Spanish-language television network Univision at a Washington, D.C., school. An illegal alien student, who appeared via Skype, asked: “My question for the president is, why [is the government] saying that deportations have stopped or the detention of many students like me, why is it that we are still receiving deportation letters like this one?”
Obama answered, “We have redesigned our enforcement practices under the law to make sure that we’re focusing primarily on criminals, and so our deportation of criminals are up about 70 percent. Our deportation of non-criminals are down, and that’s because we want to focus our resources on those folks who are destructive to the community.
“And for a young person like that young woman that we just spoke to who’s going to school, doing all the right things, we want them to succeed,” Obama said.


According to US Laws , all who enter illegally are criminals.

Sunstein has also been pushing for a new socialist-style U.S. bill of rights that, among other things, would constitutionally require the government to offer each citizen a "useful" job in the farms or industries of the nation.

In the work, Sunstein advanced the radical notion that welfare rights, including some controversial inceptions, be granted by the state. His inspiration for a new bill of rights came from President Roosevelt's 1944 proposal of a different, new set of rights.
In his book, Sunstein laid out what he wants to become the new bill of rights, which he calls the Second Bill of Rights:

• The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;
• The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation;
• The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return that will give him and his family a decent living;
• The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;
• The right of every family to a decent home;
• The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;
• The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident and unemployment;

The people who DO pay their mortgages religiously are gonna get pissed off !! Nobody helps them and it's a struggle for them, but they do the right thing.

The people who DO pay their mortgages religiously are gonna get pissed off !! Nobody helps them and it's a struggle for them, but they do the right thing.

That is because rewarding failure and giving handouts will keep you dependent on the goverments teet...that is how you stay in power. Then if you try and take away the entitlments and freebies riots happen...just look overseas to socialist nations that take away the freebies.
