I find the irony to be the best. A check sized statment telling me a check was coming. Just send the damn check. I'm not sure what the point was. Tell ya what. Give Obamacare 10 years like the tax cuts have gotten and then repeal it. If it remains unpopular as you say, shouldn't be a problem.

The US will be bankrupt in ten years. Those of that are still alive will be without healthcare, insurance and money.

Yes, he said he'd save us from that waste & fraud......the saving hasn't started yet, so for 2 years this pres. has allowed fraud to happen and eat up the $$$. He also said many times that he would cut the deficit in HALF by the end of his first term. Is he gonna wave a magic wand on the last day? These are the things that "O" said........no Bush in the message. It's all Obama's promises. Oh, and Pelosi said, after her gavel was passed, that job creation was her # one goal.....delusional Nancy!!

The Democrats knew the GOP would filibuster anything they (the GOP) didn't agree with. Your "arguments" couldn't nail a fly. Obstruct, deflect, and protect the rich. That's the GOP credo.

How good are you at math Klein? Put a pencil to it and show the figures. Removing the tax cuts, how much more money will the gov have to [-]give away[/-] spend?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not all that opposed to removing the individual tax cuts. After all it won't effect me, my income level won't see a change.

Just saying that your "doomsday" scenario isn't fact. If ever it came close, the real money people in this country would have politicians falling on their own swords to protect their interests. Could actually see shadows of it coming up in the "debt ceiling" debate.
