Re: Obamanomics

Unemployment dropped to 7.8 percent in September and 114,000 jobs were created, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics today.
Much of the drop in the jobless rate was accounted for by revisions to job numbers for July and August, not by new jobs created in September.
As both CNN and MSNBC reported immediately after this morning's release, these numbers fail to keep up with population growth--so the U.S. economy continues to tread water. by Joel B. Pollak

Re: Obamanomics

Via Rep. Allen West:
We all want the suffering of the American people from this rampant scourge of unemployment to end. However, today’s jobs report is confusing to say the least. Previous months numbers have been revised and yet the workforce participation rate remains at a 30 year low. The unemployment rate drops to 7.8 percent, that is where it was in January 2009 when the President took office. But the U6 computation of unemployed, underemployed, and discouraged Americans remains the same at 14.7 percent.
I agree with former GE CEO Jack Welch, Chicago style politics is at work here. Somehow by manipulation of data we are all of a sudden below 8 percent unemployment, a month from the Presidential election. This is Orwellian to say the least and representative of Saul Alinsky tactics from the book “Rules for Radicals”- a must read for all who want to know how the left strategize . Trust the Obama administration? Sure, and the spontaneous reaction to a video caused the death of our Ambassador……and pigs fly.
Please read from CNBC today:
Job growth remained tame in September, with the economy creating just 114,000 net new positions though the unemployment rate fell to 7.8 percent, the first time it has been below 8 percent in 44 months.
The Bureal of Labor Statistics’ nonfarm paryolls report presented a slew of contradictory data points, with the total employment level soaring despite the low net number

Liberals fret: Is Obama bored? Does he want a second term? Maybe not.

On the morning after the debate, The Atlantic ran an analysis headlined, “Snippy Obama, Whose Heart’s Not In It.” Writer Garance Franke-Ruta suggested that Obama, as an unusually sensitive man, has been worn down by the presidency’s demands of conducting war in Afghanistan and dealing with crises like the murder of a U.S. ambassador and three other Americans in Libya. “His supporters keep wanting Obama to be who he was in 2008,” Franke-Ruta wrote. “But that’s not who he is anymore.” Obama’s old enthusiasm for the job is simply gone.
Now, in the Daily Beast, liberal writer Michael Tomasky asks, “Does Obama Even Want to Win the Election?” After poor Obama showings at the debate, the Democratic convention, and a high-profile “60 Minutes” interview, Tomasky writes, “Someone needs to ask the cut-to-the-chase question: is he enthusiastic about keeping this job, or he is just maybe tired of being president?”
Perhaps he is. If so, there were certainly signs long before Wednesday night in Denver. A look at the president’s career shows he has never stayed in a job four years without looking to move on to something better.

Yep...lower taxes cannot appeal to someone that pays no taxes...You are absolutely correct. Lets try getting more jobs, more people paying in, to help our Disabled Veterans.

[h=1]Surrounded by celebrities, Obama acknowledges poor debate performance[/h]
People who make a living pretending to be someone they are not fawning over someone pretending to do a job he cannot.

His admin. Looks like fools, thanks to him. The official word is now there never was anyone who thought it was a "movie" yet, Hillary, Carney and Rice are on film saying "spontaneous attack" because of some movie. They all said exactly what Obama told them to. They all look like fools.

His only weapon is to call Mitt a liar, because he's out of ammo.

Sesame Street has asked to be kept out of politics....because in order to qualify for the gov't money they have to not be political.

Obama said he has no intention of letting go of Big Bird. He said it "simplifies" politics for people....like "P" is for politics. He is actually calling his supporters "dummies".
