The ACA NEEDS to be implemented. The public needs to see this law in action. They need to see just how much it is going to cost them and what kind of coverage they are going to lose. This is the only way they will vote against the Democrats. It needs to affect people in their wallet or purse for them to take notice.

That has been my take from the beginning.
The only reason Obama delayed the business implementation of ACA is to try and keep from losing the 2014 in a landslide.
The only people that will like the ACA next November are those that sponge off the government already which are going to vote Democrat.
