Seems to me if you have the same indwelling of the Holy Spirit that the Apostles had then you could perform miracles. Think what a boost to the Lord's Church that would be to show nonbelievers the power of God in you by performing miracles!

Yes Salvation comes through repentance and declaring Jesus Christ as your Lord.

I don’t limit God, he has an order and he spelled it out in the Bible. People who don’t follow his order will be told to depart from him because they never really knew him.
