I said you can leave your job any time you like. I didn't address political dictatorships. If I lived in an oppressive political dictatorship I would move away if it was feasible to do. Do you consider Canada or the U.S. political dictatorships? Having a job where you have to do what the boss requires isn't an economic dictatorship. How old are you now?

Perhaps. It does perplex me that seems to be the way he behaves. But either way, I can use these forums as a learning experience with my own walk. We meet all types in this world and I'd like to learn how to approach each type of personality with as little hate or disdain as possible.

After you figure out why and how someone came to be how they came to be. Their social and economical background. That's all good. When you're both done, then open the book and see what it actually teaches.
Emotion is great, but if I can get you to cry harder than someone else, what does that have to do with the truth?

Sure, but the Bible IS needed. How did I know gluttony or addiction is considered sinful to start with? Why do you think I seek out people that think differently than myself? Why go to multiple media sources for help? Why do you pray about things (what you may say is the Spirit talking to you)? But it all starts with going to the gospels

Gluttony is subjective. Not absolute. The bite that crosses the line of sin for you, may be a plateful away for me.

Your job doesn't throw you in jail or execute you for being critical. And having to fulfill job requirements doesn't make it a dictatorship.

My talks with Christ are in prayer. I pray for guidance and strength from Him. I ask for which path I should take with the talents He has given me. Its not an audible voice but me asking for grace and strength to help me make decisions to glorify Him
