No, silly little troll. If they hit you with a skateboard and you die, it’s likely manslaughter. It’s hard for the prosecution to make the case that swinging a skateboard is premeditated murder.

If they swing and hit you and only knock a little bit of sense into you, that’s assault and easy to prove.

Now I admit, I haven’t seen the video of this bloody, flying skateboard of death and I’m sure it’s frightening. But not really.

So what is another term for 2ND DEGREE MURDER?

Again you don't understand what you're talking about. If you hit someone with a skateboard more than once it becomes murder. You didn't stop after the first hit.

The difference between the two is based on the mindset of the killer at the time of the crime. While murder refers to the malicious killing of another person, manslaughter refers to either unintentional or non-premediated death. difference between manslaughter and murder - Google Search

How can you define the swinging of an 11 pound skateboard at the head of another person as not being malicious?

Pretty sure you’d be thinking it’s murder if some black guy died after getting his head cracked open by some white guy’s skateboard swings.

Good thing Kyle shot the guy before it came to that, eh?

The skateboarder was trying to stop an active shooter before he could kill again. Didn't turn out well for him.

Free him?! Lock him up and throw away the key. White privilege shouldn't let him walk free after murdering somebody. If someone decides to burn down a bldg I don't have the right to shoot him in the head.

Someone, actually multiple people, attacked the guy trying to put out a fire they set at a gas station. They attacked him, he fled, they gave chase. They cornered him, assaulted him, tried to seriously harm him if not kill him. He then opened fire on them as they rushed him with one swinging a skateboard at him and one pulling a pistol.

I would surmise that an active shooter running AWAY from me is a good thing. Only an idiot, or someone not in their right mind (drugs, alcohol) would attempt to narrow that gap.

As an example: from the footage I've seen of Rosenbaum that night, his behavior absolutely very much reminded me of every tweeker I have ever had the misfortune of knowing.

The skateboarder was trying to stop an active shooter who was running away because the shooter wanted to avoid being forced into a position to kill again.

Was he trying to put it the fire with his AR? 😂
